Representation of developers, lenders, buyers, sellers, investors and tenants in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including: Drafting and negotiating leases (office, industrial and retail); Loan originations, workouts and foreclosures; Drafting and negotiating partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements; Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements; Preparation of land development documents, including association documents, declarations, easements, reciprocal easement  agreements, condominium documents and other similar documents; Drafting and negotating fee development agreements, management agreements, leasing and other brokerage agreements, and construction contracts; Creative structuring of transactions in order to achieve tangible cost savings, such as savings of income taxes, recordation and transfer taxes and other closing expenses; mechanics' lien litigation; and Resolution of disputes between buyers and sellers, debtors and creditors, adjoining land owners, landlords and tenants, brokers, and other litigants in commercial real estate transactions.
